Glendale City Attorney Can Challenge California Over Plan to Keep $1 Billion in Redevelopment Funds


The Glendale Redevelopment Agency today authorized the city attorney to cooperate with other municipal governments’ legal challenge to the constitutionality of a new state plan taking back $1 billion in redevelopment funds. Glendale’s share of state redevelopment funds is currently about $3.5 million per year.
