The Glendale City Council and the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors each decided yesterday to send comments to the FCC in response to its Notice of Inquiry on the National Broadband Plan. Both municipal bodies will focus on regaining rights to enforce local zoning ordinances and control over siting of wireless equipment.
