Glendale Young Professionals have lately had their pick of newly-opened downtown venues. Their latest event was held at Elevé Lofts Skydeck during a beautiful spring evening. My column in Asbarez reports on the event, conversations with some of those attending, and remarks of speakers Phil Lanzafame (City of Glendale Director of Economic Development) and Alan Dibartolomeo, Chief Development Officer of American Multifamily (which built the Elevé project).
Unfortunately, I happen to live in this complex. I think all of the residents sincerely reget living here. The Eleve lofts are poorly constructed, poorly managed, and poorly designed.
I would have to disagree with the above comment, I have lived here since it opened in May of 2013, this building is modern, clean and well constructed. I have made many good friends who live in this building, we have a great time on the skydeck. This has been a wonderful choice for my Family and I.
