Meeting announcement from Officer Josh Luna, Glendale Police Department: History has shown West Kenneth Rd. draws a huge number of Halloween trick-or-treaters. Some traffic/pedestrian issues were discussed after last Halloween’s crowds, and need to be addressed prior to this year’s festivities. I look forward to calculating a game plan for this October and look forward to seeing you.
