Metro Seeks Community Liaisons for SR-710 EIR: Glendale Opportunity for Input

From Metro’s SR-710 Study webpage (Community Liaison Council tab):

We are currently in the process of forming Community Liaison Councils in various communities to support the SR-710 Environmental Study team in providing feedback on the technical study and overall outreach efforts. CLCs will play an important role in the project development process. Each CLC will be comprised of stakeholders within a specific study-area community. The CLCs may include local residents, business owners, community-based organizations, chambers of commerce, environmental groups, institutions, major employers, among others.

Glendale residents, businesses, and community groups: take this opportunity to influence local transportation policies and suggest alternatives, including a rail-only option for freight movement from the ports (instead of more trucks on more freeways!) and more public transit connections and projects.
