From the City of Glendale webpage: The Annual Commemorative Event Committee is sponsoring a short film competition for this year. The purpose of this contest is to commemorate Man’s Inhumanity to Man and to educate the public about the various inhumane events that have taken place, with the hopes of preventing this in the future. The contest is open to youth living, going to school or working in Glendale. Entries will be accepted from March 26 – April 2.
