Thanks for this link, Elise — I loved it! Amazing that a high school student could have such high quality equipment and the ability to patchwork shots into this time-lapse creation. However, with all of the scenes of freeway driving, I would rename it Nighttime Frenetic, not Nighttime Tranquility.

You are quite right – he didn’t consult with any editors! The video does have a frenetic quality, although the music regulates it.
