Griffith Manor Renovation Ribbon Cutting

Glendale Community Services & Parks Department invites the community to a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the re-opening of the Griffith Manor Park. Ceremonies include refreshments and activities. The project is funded by City of Glendale’s Redevelopment Agency.

Glendale Pops’ second performance, Summer Night Swing, is free to all and features jazz vocalists Patti Austin and Tierney Sutton, director Matt Catingub and the orchestra in a tribute to Big Band greats Tommy Dorsey, Frank Sinatra, Glenn Miller, Woody Herman, and Duke Ellington.
Fight the crowds and support this great orchestra, which is bringing the perfect mix of entertainment industry flair, world-class musicianship, and exhilarating arrangements to Glendale.
