Commemorating the 90th anniversary of passage of the 19th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, a celebration, exhibit, and program will be held tonight from 6:30-9:00 p.m. at the Altadena Public Library, 600 E. Mariposa St., Altadena, sponsored by Fifty-Fifty Leadership and IMPACT Personal Safety.
