Thank you to the City of Glendale and the Glendale Chamber of Commerce Citizenship and Patriotism Committee for a fitting ceremony yesterday honoring men and women who died serving our country as members of the armed forces. Thank you also to Paul Ignatius for returning to his hometown to deliver the keynote address and honor fallen comrades.
Condolences to all families who commemorated the loss of their loved ones yesterday, and to the Flores family, who lost Glendale hero Lance Corporal Pedro Barboza Flores in July 2009.
