Jack Chavoor, author of the Glendale piece Casey and the Bat (first published on Sunroom Desk!), had two of his short stories selected for the One Million Creative Stories Writing Project 2009 Anthology. The book features stories submitted from all over the English-speaking world.
Chavoor is at the top of the author list. His two published stories are “Mee Vang’s War” – dealing with a war refugee’s troubling personal history; and “Song for the Boss” – the story of passing cultural heritage from one generation to the next.
