Glendale Downtown Dash and Family Bike Ride

5K Run/walk/bike ride organized by Glendale Adventist Medical Center and Downtown Glendale Merchants Association.
Proceeds support GAMC Stroke Services.
The 2010 Downtown Dash features:
* An official warm-up race for the LA Marathon
* Timing chips from PRIME TIME for faster results
* A new Kiddie Mile Fun Run available for participants under 13
* A Family Fun Bike Ride – a non-competitive bike ride taking place after the Dash
