Quince Dishes Can Be Sampled Tonight at
Glendale Library Author Event
Quince Salsa (with chips); Quince-Apple Champagne conserve on goat cheese; and Quince Preserve on crackers will be on hand as Barbara Ghazarian presents her new book Simply Quince at tonight’s Friends of the Glendale Public Library event tonight in the Central Library Auditorium at 7 p.m.
Simply Quince is the first ever tribute to the quince in culinary history. Ghazarian presents the fruit’s versatility and unique flavor in 70 easy recipes, with commentary full of legend, history, culture and scientific tidbits.
