You know I found a place in Burbank, Doggie Avenue on Magnolia that is a boutique for dogs. They had costumes made in USA. In fact I was looking for an item that was off season and they sent me to the manufacturer — right in Burbank and a couple of miles from our house.
As far as the Chinese workers go, I try to avoid Chinese manufacture, especially on frivolous items. The photos of my dog in costume make a lot of people smile. He has the costume on about 3 minutes. No harm is done. The Chinese workers need to work to get paid. There are organizations working for their betterment.
