Ballroom Dancing Right Outside Glendale City Limits
An email received recently from a long-time neighbor and friend:
I wanted to tell you about a really fun class that our family is taking. It is a ballroom or social dancing class that is taught by ballroom champion Larisa Bates. The class is on Sunday nights at 6:00 P. M. at the StudioADance dance studios in Silver Lake. IT IS SO MUCH FUN!
We have learned the fox-trot, the tango, the waltz, the cha-cha, the salsa and more. The kids love it and the adults love it. The studio is a big beautiful room with a wooden floor (my ballet studio in fact!) with lots of room. Larissa is an outstanding teacher and she picks great music and gives lots of informati(about on and help.
Her fees are reasonable … For $144 per couple or $78 per single, you get 1 1/2 hours of instruction and 1/2 hour of practice time for 4 Sundays. It is really a great deal!
