		<description>They had planned to put it on a parkway on the north side of the street, right in front of 508 Cumberland Road. Another antenna is scheduled to be installed a few months later at the corner of Glenwood Road and Pacific Avenue. And this is just for T-Mobile; other cellular companies will want to install their own antennas all over hillside neighborhoods as well to keep up with demand for coverage. This is why it is so important that the City Council establish strong and restrictive guidelines for future cellular antenna applications and installations.</description>
